Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative and logistical functions that keep our business running smoothly. This individual will manage our parts, inventory and ordering system, customer service, phone communications, maintenance software oversight, and basic accounting tasks. This is a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination for our mechanics to maintain productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Parts Ordering & Inventory Management

Monitor and manage parts inventory levels

Place and track orders with vendors
-
Ensure timely delivery and stocking of parts
-
Communicate with clients and staff regarding timelines and cost
Customer Service
-
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and vendors
-
Handle inquiries, scheduling, and general communication with professionalism and accuracy
-
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness
Administrative & Phone Support
-
Answer and route incoming calls
-
Provide general office support and ensure smooth communication flow
-
Maintain accurate records and logs
Maintenance Software Oversight
-
Manage and update maintenance management software
-
Ensure all aircraft records and work orders are accurately entered and maintained
-
Assist with audit procedures
Accounting Support
-
Create purchase orders, enter vendor invoices and receipts through our accounting system
-
Coordinate with the accounting team for reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications:
-
Experience in operations, administrative, or office management (aviation industry experience a plus) or Aviation Management diploma
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry
-
Familiarity with parts procurement and inventory systems

Tech-savvy with a willingness to streamline systems and improve processes

Experienced M1 Aircraft Mechanic

Duties and Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for quality of work and fixing mistakes where required
-
Engage in basic troubleshooting on assigned tasks, while communicating with others involved.

Ability to use the correct tools, methods, techniques, and equipment required to perform aircraft maintenance
-
Use appropriate measures to protect customer aircraft against damage by the application of protective materials and ensure proper equipment is in place prior to the start of work
-
Complete work orders, check sheets and other technical records with a high level of accuracy and consistency
-
Perform other related activities, as necessary or as assigned
-
Carry out all work to applicable airworthiness standards
Required Certification, Education, Experience or Skills:
-
Valid Transport Canada M1 License
-
Minimum 1 year of experience working on M1 aircraft
-
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-
Proficient oral and written communication skills
-
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job

Valid G driver's license
Hours, Schedule, Atmosphere:
-
40-44 hours/week
-
Available to start as soon as possible
-
Flexible schedule
-
Compensation based on prior experience and education/training.
